FOPBE raises money and provides resource and staff support to extend the educational experience of our children through enrichment programs. These extracurricular activities extend the educational foundation for students and introduce new experiences outside the standard instructional curriculum. FOPBE enhances the learning environment through a variety of community programs:

- Hire additional Instructional Resource Teachers
- Provide classroom hands-on enrichment

- Music supplies for vocal and instrumental music programs
