Enroll Your Child

New student registration applications are available now for the 2012-2013 school year.
If you are interested in enrolling your child in Pacific Beach Elementary, the following requirements will need to be completed:

  1. Official birth certificate
  2. Complete immunization records (signed by a physician)
  3. Proof of address
  4. Two valid emergency phone numbers
  5. Previous school addresses and phone numbers (if applicable)

Students cannot be enrolled in school until proof of all required immunizations is provided. If transferring from a school outside the San Diego Unified School District, previous school addresses and phone numbers are required.
The office staff will need all the above documentation before your child can be registered.
